so much for your prayers and support for Watchmen Radio Ministries
International. Your partnership in this gospel ministry is greatly

A
recent listener to our Nepali program in western Nepal
writes, “I am regularly listening to the program Muktiko Aawaaz Radio Karyakram. I like this program so much. We, ten to twelve
friends gather together in one place and do listen to it. Since we all like
this program so much we as a group are writing this letter to you....Since we
all didn’t get a chance to read anything about this religion, we are
writing to you expecting that you will send us some books on this religion so
that we will gain knowledge about it.”
Pray for this group in Nepal that they may understand and
believe the gospel and form a church of believers in the Lord Jesus
Christ.
This year we have been broadcasting our Russian gospel
program from a Christian FM station in Moscow. Since the program is on at night,
it reaches not only Moscow but a large area of
Russia. One listener wrote, “I
truly enjoyed listening to your last radio message. But when I heard it I also
felt some fear. Why fear? The answer is simple: I felt as if you spoke about
me. You see, I have a university degree, I speak
English fluently and know how to operate a computer. But I don’t know God and I
never read the Bible. Before your programs I didn’t realize that my situation
was so serious. I always thought that only mentally-ill people read the
Scriptures. Please help me figure out this issue!” Pray for this listener to
come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Recording
in the Hindi Language
Pastor Prasad, one of our coworkers in India, is
recording gospel radio programs in the Hindi language. Over 66% of the people
in India speak Hindi including those
from several unreached people groups. We are now broadcasting three Hindi
programs to India on shortwave, two weekly and
one daily program. In addition to Hindi, we are also broadcasting in Punjabi,
Tamil, and Telugu. We are planning to put gospel radio programs into all the
major languages in India as the Lord provides the
finances and workers to help reach its over 1 billion people.
We
have a matching funds campaign going on now in November and
December. All gifts given in these months will be matched donation for
donation and designation for designation up to $8,000.
We
need your support and prayers as we seek to reach those who most need to hear
the gospel. Please fill out the enclosed form and return to us with your
