Seeking Moral Purity
(Ephesians 5:3)
We are living today in a sex crazed society. Everywhere you look there it is glaring you in the face whether at television advertisements, billboards, movies, magazines - sex reigns in our culture. Sex is not wrong in its proper place. God invented sex, but He also set forth some rules as to how sex is to be used. The primary rule is that sex is only for marriage. Within the bonds of marriage sex is a blessing. However, today's society shakes its fists in the face of God and says, "I don't want your rules. I will do it my way." So, today sexual immorality rules, sex on man's terms not God's. Christians should flee from such sexual immorality. It should not have a place in their lives.
