Pastor Normand Joseph is an Associate Evangelist with Watchmen Radio Ministries International. He is the main speaker on our French program Voix et Croix. He is lives in Montreal and is associated with the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches in Canada. For many years, he has faithfully recorded programs in French for broadcast on both local and shortwave radio and also the internet. Even though he is not now actively recording new programs, his previously recorded broadcasts are being aired on shortwave radio in both Europe and Africa.
